4. Unexplained Fatigue

You may get tired for no reason at all, even when doing your regular chores or daily activities that normally would not make you tired. If you suddenly get tired for no reason at all, are taking more frequent naps or falling asleep quickly while watching television or just feel general fatigue it could be the sign of a heart issue. Get to your physician for an exam and checkup to rule out any heart issues.
